Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Dr. Maxwell was able to diagnose and treat my medical condition after only one visit. I had been to 6 specialists over the previous three years, and was made to feel my symptoms were all in my head. Dr. Maxwell spent over one hour with me, and had reviewed my complete medical records which I had forwarded to him in advance of my visit. Therefore, he was already familiar with my case. I have been symptom free for 4 years since I first saw him in 2007. Dr. Maxwell has a refreshingly kind bedside manner. He is warm and caring, with a wonderful sense of humor. No "white coat syndrome" with him at all. I felt as if I were meeting with an old friend. He called me to see how I was progressing, and still makes house calls on his patients. I have referred many family members and friends and they all agree we are patients for life!
