They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return, I have had an good experience overall. Dr. Daykin is very informative and does not rush through with your appointment. On the other hand staff is something to be desired

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Like any other place though they do have their busy times when you do get put on hold for a long time. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
