Never, they are very reliable.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Dr. Messick is a top notch doctor - totally willing to work with parents on whatever they'd like to do. My son is autistic and he's been a huge help with treatments from that angle. Parking is easy, waits are never long, and he's totally accessible and friendly.
