Dr. Vivian is a wonderful doctor. When I began seeing him three year ago I was in need of someone who could help me find my way back into the light. I believe he saved my life.

I have seen Philip Berne, Clinical Therapist, In Dr. Rodney Vivian's office for some time. I highly recommend this practice and especially give high marks to Clinical Therapist, Philip Berne. Mental health is so important. This is an excellent provider.

Roxanne is excellent. I would recommend her to family and friends. She listens and is very helpful and knows her stuff about medications, etc.

She always returns my calls.

I saw Roxanne Huston and she was IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. She never returned my calls and waited until I had called 3 times to tell me that the reason a refill request wasn't filled was because I had a balance on my account that I didn't know about. No one ever called me to tell me this.

They were decent, but not very affordable

I waited forever for my appointment!

I didn't feel safe at all under their care. I didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was shocked at how much I ended up having to pay for my appointment. They were very expensive. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.

This guy was horrible. I nearly committed suicide in the parking lot after my first visit. Because I wasn't strapped to a wheel chair like he was...he felt I wasn't disabled.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
No, no one seemed to notice I was there
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back
