He is unparalled in medicine,diagnosis and surgical abilities. As a patient it is well worth the aggravation of sometimes ridiculously long wait times in the office. This being said, he has no"people skills" with the staff he works with both in the OR and the office. He is self centered and egotistical. Again, if you can tolerate this, he will get you healed to the best of your abilities. Remember, the longer you wait for needed repairs, the less better the outcome no matter who does your surgery. He will tell you this.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They are WAY overbooked and the staff very discouteous on most occasions.
At a minimum, I've had to wait at least an hour for my appointment, and once had to wait 3 1/2 hours! When asking for a referral to a different pyhsyical therapist (one closer to my home), they refused on multiple occasions and couldn't understand why I coudln't come to THEIR office for the therapy. I explained that their office is completely out of the way for weekly therapy, but I would go there for appointments with the surgeon. After much arguing over a period of days, they then conceded to my request, but that it would be at least a week before the could get it done. Has anyone heard of a fax machine? Nevertheless, the surgeon's ability to perform surgery is outstanding. However, everything else about the business is mininal at best. As a surgeon, I will definitely recommend the doctor to people I know, HOWEVER, I will also warn them about the downsides to his office.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
