Dr. Cossler has set my mind at ease from day one. She is very attentive and knowledgeable and it doesn't hurt that she has a sense of humor as well. Couldn't be happier with my choice of providers.

No, they didn't seem to know much

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Dr. Cossler ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. She didn't let me get in a word or show any concern for me as a person. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
