They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. Dr. Hixson listened to me and that in itself set her apart from other doctors i have seen. She knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was given an indepth explationation of all the possible causes and the steps necessary to eliminate everything, I was also fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

I had just turned forty when Carolyn diagnosed me as post-menopausal. Every physician I had seen prior totally missed the diagnosis. That was twenty years ago. I've recently returned to the area, and I'll see her as soon as I can for another unusual situation. She's the best diagnostician and GYN I've ever encountered.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
