I love theire staff is the most friendly and welcoming. The office has always been clean and very organized. DR. Harlan has been my OBGYN DR for seven years, he has delivered both of my daughters. Overall, he's a great DR, who listens and is very respectful and always has kept it very professional and I appreciate the dedication that he puts out in his career.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

I was suffering with a condition for 16 years, no other Dr. would listen to me, Dr. Harlan did!!! I had surgery, It was so fast and easy...I thank God that I had found a Dr. that would listen to me about my body, after all it is my body, I know when something is wrong..I send my daughter and granddaughter to Dr. Harlan He is the greatest.

I went to see this doctor when I was pregnant. Parking was awful. There was a parking garage but the doctors got the reserved spots close to the building and my 9 month pregnant body had to wobble down from the top floor of the garage which was a long walk. My care during pregnancy was efficient. However, after my baby was born I had several medical issues arise from the surgery I had, and none of my issues were addressed. I made a follow up appointment and they called and rescheduled it 3 times before I finally gave up. I am now living in excruciating pain and since they didnt see me when I still had insurance, I cannot go to another doctor because my insurance has since been cancelled. When I would call the office to ask for advice I did not feel like my concerns were important or addressed at all. I truly feel like something went wrong that they knew about and that I was being avoided so that noone got in trouble for it.

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
