DR. Heis is the best GYN around the office is very clean and professional. She is very caring and has a lot of knowledge.

Several friends recommended Dr. Heis. Once she was accepting new patients again I made an appointment. She is thorough, kind, gentle, and extremely personable. Now I am the one recommending Dr. Heis to everyone who wants the best OB/GYN treatment in Cincinnati.

Dr. Heis told me I needed a hysterectomy before she even did an exam. There is ABSOLUTELY NO reason to get a hysterectomy for the problem I was having (prolapsed uterus), especially considering the life-long myriad of issues I would be having as a result of a hysterectomy. Major conflict of interest and I will NEVER go back. EVER.

Dr. Heis was recommended to me by a close friend and I am so happy I decided to change my physician. On my first visit she took the time to ask me questions and listened to my concerns and menopause symptons. I had to go back every 6 months due to an abnormal PAP and she made sure to explain every step of the procedure and made me feel comfortable. I would rate her and her staff 10 stars!

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
