He was the Supervising doctor in my surgery, I was in ICU for 15 days afterwards, as the training doctor that he let perform all or most of my surgery on 2 vertabrae and the disc between them was a bust. I had a bad accident, was rushed to the nearest ER and told I was being admitted for emergency surgery. No questions, they just told me this, and I pretty much in shock and lightheaded from painkillers was not really given a choice and I didn't object at that point because of the language they were using. His student ended up performing what later I learned should have been a totally elective surgery and resulted in damage to the nerves in my spinal column. With my history of previous thoracic damage they should have been hesitant not anxious to do a minor surgery (any invasive spinal procedure is not truly minor considering the consequences if they slip/mess up during the surgery) on my cervical spine. He sure charged my insurance an enormous amount to stand there and watch as his student/intern/resident or whatever the specific title performed a bad surgery.

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
