Dr Rice is a complete professional. She is thorough and thoughtful when dealing with my issues. She addresses problems in a timely manner, and always gets back to me when I have questions. I have been completely satisfied with my healthcare provided by Dr. Rice.

Dr. Rice misdiagnosed a blood cancer as fibromyalgia for many months, preventing early treatment and allowing the disease to progress all that time. She had enough information at the second visit to make a proper diagnosis, yet she persisted in making what other Cleveland Clinic doctors called a "bulls**t diagnosis" - and that is an EXACT quote from her colleagues.

Although she saw her patient just about every two weeks with serious complaints of bone pain, Dr. Rice did nothing to follow up or refer to other practitioners or specialists. It was not until a bone break that happened months later required X-rays that an emergency room physician made the diagnosis which was later confirmed by doctors at the Cleveland Clinic's main campus after a week-long stay.

There is no way I would ever recommend Dr. Rice to anyone, regardless of how much I hated that person. On top of everything else, she did not even bother to check up later once a proper diagnosis had been made.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
