Dr. Edwards & staff were terrific, from the receptionist greeting me coming into the office all the way to when I checked out. Most competent and caring, Dr. Edwards is an outstanding physician who took the time to discuss my treatment options and answered all my questions and concerns, from the major to the trivial.

Great Doc. I Highly recommend him.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment.
