Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

They answered most of my questions the ones they remembered always forgetting things, especially prescriptions. They say their going to prescribe you "this" med, then forget to call it in, you call their office to remind them, they tell you to call the pharmacy and have THEM call the office. After 4-5 days still no meds, and this is common. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome, it always felt like I was interrupting their day in some way. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The Dr. is very moody and can be very very rude when she wants to be. I even know about her yelling at some patients. In all fairness she knows some things very well, but make sure everyone is on the same page when you leave! The office was easy enough to find.
