While Dr Conoway was pleasant and knowledgeable, (although he clearly had an agenda, given that he prescribed me medicine that was far more costly than others. Due to his relationship with the pharmaceutical company). However, his front office assistant, Stacy Nappi was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. The issue came about after my third appointment, and after I inquired regarding the timeliness of appointments, as I was regularly kept waiting between 45-55 minutes (beyond my scheduled appointment time) during each visit. Her exact words were "well, you DO realize he's a doctor, don't you? He has more important matters to attend to." After I told her that her tone was unacceptable and condescending, she then became even more defensive and told me that if I couldn't wait, I needed to find a new doctor for future appointments. I clearly did that, and believe it's important to note what type of front-line service you should expect--particularly after I spoke with a co-worker, who ironically had also stopped seeing Dr. Conoway due to Stacy's behavior.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
