Dr. Arcy has cared for my family's health for many years and he is a good, knowledgeable, caring individual. The office staff, however, is not that friendly, and has made billing mistakes with little effort to correct them and continues to send invoices before getting the final reimbursement from the insurance company. The office was easy enough to find.
