They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. I wish they had silenced their cell phone because it was really annoying.
