I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. Every time I come here they remember me by name even if it's been months since my last appointment. The staff was helpful. This doctor is easy to see on very short notice, which is her best attribute. However, the consultation is very quick and Not thorough at all. This seems odd, since her practice is not busy or thriving, so she does have the time to examine patients. But she seems lazy and lackadaisical. This doctor has difficulty in making the correct prognosis on the first visit. This requires multiple visits to this doctor for her to figure out the correct course of action. But she is very friendly and is capable of seeing you on very short notice. You can even make same day appointments. This doctor is good as a secondary physician because of the ease of availability. However, you should seek another as a primary care physician for anything that is not superficial.

I have been a patient of Dr. Burda for 11 years and she has always treated me with the greatest of care. yes, sometimes I have waited both in the waiting room and in the examination room several times and it is frustrating. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time but it is understandable. She always makes an extra effort to get to know her patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important and cared for. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution and refer me out to specialists to care for my special needs due to my disease that needs the care of certain specialists

I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

I would recommend for sure!

In 2010 I was experiencing some severe stomach issues and did not have a primary care provider. I found this office as a referral from my health care provider. At first this appeared to be a good office. But as time went on and they could not find out what was wrong with me things changed. After 2 months I ended up moving across the country and needed my health records so I could follow up with a new doctor. Apparently, they were billing me for copies of these records and a misc $2.59 bill that was left over from one of my services which I did not receive. IN the time shortly after my services, not only did I move across the country, I also got married and apparently they billed me for $2.59 and $11.05 which I NEVER received EITHER bill. Several months passed and I get a random phone call from a collections agency advising me of these 2 small bills PLUS a $30 collections fee. I quickly panicked as I've never had anything in collections. I immediately called their billing lady (who quite frankly isn't the nicest and works from her home) and she wasn't willing to help me out even though I had valid reason on why I probably never received those bills. I moved several times within that time frame and changed my name. After 1.5 years and even mailing the doctor a letter they never helped me and sent me to collections over $14 bucks. That $14 bucks turned into $44 b/c $30 was a collections fee I refused to pay since I had NEVER rec'd any bills. And due to this poor service and their "we could care less attitude" it hurt my credit score very badly. I've"ve always had amazing credit and now it was greatly affected over 2 small bills that an HONEST patient had no idea about. I expressed this to their office numerous times and even the collection agency told me they got return letters b/c they were mailing to the wrong address. Even though I made good on both the bills to their office they still refused to remove the $30 collections fee. PRETTY SAD that your office is so desperate you hurt an innocent persons credit for $14 bucks. I WOULD NEVER recommend this office.
