Dr. Derksen always paid close attention to me and all of my questions were always answered. His current staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome, as his old staff did before he moved offices. I was very satisfied with all my visits. Dr Derksen was helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have been his patient for + or _ 25 years now and so is all my family. He is the greatest, but his current staff leaves something to be desired.
