They answered all of my questions. They were very responsive and gave me good information. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
