Terrible experience! Waited over 2 hours, obviously overbooked. Barely looked at me, not answering questions, looking at me like I was possessed for asking for a skin check-was vague when I asked her questions. Left feeling like an idiot for waiting for such rudeness. She pranced through the hall like a queen, going from room to room.

I felt very rushed. After waiting 1 1/2 hours the so called dr. barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They definitely didn't answer any of my questions. I will never go back or recommend their services

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I felt the staff was rude and unprofessional, and I was publicly "scolded" for asking the doctor questions about my skin. Imagine that, when you can't even ask your own doctor a question about YOUR condition related to HER field of expertise. On a positive note, her office was well organized and clean. Overall though, recommending them to someone would be like a punishment. I won't give them any more business!

Terrible Experience, will NEVER go back. Monique Cohn is a very snooty, rude Dr. that made me feel horrible. She holds her clipboard, rushing through the appt. and never even touched my skin. I gave her a chance - going for about 6 months, biggest mistake. She's a mean person. Her staff is unprofessional as well.

She is argumentative as well. Don't even think about asking her any questions, she puts you down. Very defensive, unreal.. truly a negative experience.

A big disappointment. Went here for over a year and always left feeling berated, and bad - almost in tears. She's intimidating and rude. Her staff is quick and rude also. I don't know why I kept coming to this office. If you ask her a question, she's very mean. My face never cleared up. I went to another dermatologist and all was much better.
She's bullies you into believing what she's doing is right and everything is your fault. It's unbelievable.
