I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I left the appointment feeling much better and more knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and I felt very informed. The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are friendly and nice. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.
