This is all stupidity. Dr Argenta is one of the worlds great reconstructive surgeons. H does not see cosmetic patients as he has neither the interest nor the time for them. If you are worried about trivialities see some one else

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
