They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
