If you are serious about your health then Doctor Hill is for you. If your not you had better keep looking. She is an amazing doctor who truly knows her patients, you're never just a name on a chart. She is honest and straight to the point. Can't say enough good about her and her staff. They go above and beyond.

Office staff is very unprofessional, they have double standards when appointments are made but then they say I don't have an appointment. Dr. Hill did not help me at all.

Absolutely!

I had to wait for a little while.
Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist?
Definitely not. They've always made me feel very cared for and accepted
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

I would never recommend them to anyone. I rarely ever seen on time and sometimes had to wait over an hour to be seen. appointments were made for me without my knowledge and I was charged for them without notification of any kind. other times, appointment dates were changed and I was not notified and still charged. at the same time, any time dr. hill chose to cancel an appointment, no notification was given and i came to my scheduled appointment only to wait sometimes as long as forty-five minutes only to be told I would not be seen...a highly insulting and presumptuous double standard. i was hoping to get help here but instead, the only goal of the doctor was to take financial advantage of me.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

No. It took me several times to get through.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
