I appreciated Ms. Rose helping me with the Health Risk Assessment Questionnaire. She was patient and pleasant during the process. Also, Dr. Varadarajan attempted to help me with my computer so we could do a televisit; however, my computer needed to be updated (working on that). I am working to improve my lab results, if you have literature which would help please send it to me. Thank you for your assistance with my health, Barbara Martin
