He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My problem is not with Dr. Schmidt, it's his secretary Hope Hinson. She is RUDE as hell and has cost him patients. She needs to be FIRED !!

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

i've never seen someone so unprofessional in a doctors office. i live on a very budgeted income and do not drive. i arrived five minutes late and was told i couldnt even be seen and the people who arrived behind me was also told that i was late and couldnt be seen because i wasnt on time and they was. besides this happening, i also was told they wouldnt file my charges to medicade that i would have to just pay them and get reinbursed from medicade. the one time that i did get to see Dr. Schmidt i was more then satisfied with him but because of the secretary, Hope Hinson, i will probably never go back. ive never been treated so bad in a doctors office.
