which doctor still takes the time to listen to her/his patients-- Dr. Ahmed does. I have seen her now for over 4 years and I am happy about the quality of care I receive from her. I will continue to see this qualified and caring physician.

HORRIBLE experience with this practice and with Dr. Ahmed! My husband was bitten by a tick (actually had a worrisome "bullseye" rash), plus really needed a physical, which is almost impossible to fit in with his crazy work schedule. This was his very first time to this practice and had to wait OVER 2 (that's TWO) HOURS to even be taken back into the exam room (where he then continued to wait for awhile longer). The reception staff, and Dr. Ahmed were completely unapologetic about their blatant disrespect for their patient's time. Not even one "sorry" was uttered. Dr. Ahmed had a lousy bedside manner plus the office was old, outdated and doesn't even have a voice mail system for any staff. I can say nothing positive about this outdated, out of touch and rude practice.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
