I've been seeing Dr. Jordan since I moved to the area in 1999. I feel very comfortable with her and the entire staff. If I can't get in to see Dr. J, then Dr. Meredith or NP Humphries are usually available. All are very competent. Dr, J. always seem to offer all the time I need to handle any problems or ailments. I have referred several others to her practice and all are very satisfied with the care and attention they receive. Even after moving a distance away, I continue to use her as my primary care physician. I like that she has joined up with Duke as their online charting is wonderful.

Terrible experience. Doctor was abrupt, cold, and lacking in compassion. It was a strange and negative experience, especially when care at Duke has been consistently outstanding in the past.

Being new to the area I was looking for a doctor. Dr Jordan was recommended to by a friend. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr Jordan was very unpleasant. I found her to be condescending and uncaring. She did take the time to ask some questions about my medications however it seemed that she really didn't listen to what I had to say. I do not feel that she offered me adequate information about a drug I was taking, nor did she help me find another doctor that could help. I will say that I did not feel rushed and the office staff was friendly, however, I would NEVER recommend Dr. Jordan to anyone.

Dr Jordan has a unique way of dealing with patients: She is very thorough! No rushing....no pushing drugs just to get you out of the office. She wants to understand what is really going on with you. I have seen her for the last 8 years and have been completely satisfied with each visit! Her staff works hard at getting you out of the waiting room and into the examining room too. I appreciate all of them!

It was very easy to get an appointment. I think they have a very flexible schedule because they get me in quickly every time. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their office was well organized and clean. This was an informative appointments. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling very informed about my condition. It was obvious they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are by far one of the best
