The front desk staff in the waiting area is friendly and make it somewhat easy to make an appointment. Now Dr. Dickerson is not very friendly nor comforting and it takes at least a week to get test results from her nurse. Several times I have had to contact them to get my results. It is extremely difficult to reach her nurses by phone. They have been late a few times to my appointments but for the most part 5-10 minute wait. They meet with drug company reps alot while I was sitting there on time for my appointment thus making my appointment late. You are very limited for time with the doctor and makes you feel as if you are a bother. It is very difficult to get referrals to specialty doctors from her. Diagnosis was not correct for 2 major health problems. Dread dealing with the receptionists who answer the phones and process your payments. They are not friendly at all. The only positive thing about this doctor is you can get your blood work done at this facility. They also have Xray services. My pharmacist has a difficult time dealing with them to get prescription refills. I would not recommend this doctor as she and her staff do not put good customer service first.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
