Dr. Brooks is an excellent, knowledgable, u-to-date physician who is proactive in treating issues. He is very thorough in addressing issues I may have. The staff is professional and caring. Dr. Brooks is as good as they get!

Not at all. They ignored my questions

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

No, I left with more problems than I came with!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

No, but I can always find a seat

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give!
