Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not satisfied, but not unhappy

Somewhat, they should have been more polite

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Dr. Marquand never rushes me. We always go over my medicines and any concerns that I have. He ask good probing questions.

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
