They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The office was easy enough to find. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed.

This medical practice seems to have forgotten the reason why they are in business. They neglect patients, disregard common courtesy, and fail to provide appropriate service. Burlington Family Practice is incapable of both internal communication skills as well as communication with patients. They stated they have no email addresses or other way to get in touch with them besides a fax number. They incorrectly transcribed information dictated over a phone call (wrote the exact opposite) as well as failed to correctly annotate a file with the information provided to them. Their internal method of communication also suffers as they are incapable of transferring messages between the nursing staff and the physicians. Based on their complete inability to even share information I question their medical abilities as well. I certainly would not trust the health of myself or my family to a practice that cannot handle even the smallest of requests. I will never return to Burlington Family Practice and would advise others to avoid them as well - too many mistakes for a business in the healthcare / medical field.

Angela, one of the nurses, was one of the most abrasive, rude individuals I've ever met. She typified the entire experience.
