The Physicians , PAs, NPs, Nurses, and Admin. Staff are always courteous, friendly and professional. The procedure for incoming phone calls is poor, however. I can not remember the last time, perhaps five years ago, that I got through to someone in less than several minutes. Despite bringing this to the attention of several people, the situation has not improved. Today (17Dec13) I was not even given the option, from the phone system, to leave a voicemail with anyone. The reason given was "...due to heavy volume...please call back at another time." Really ?? In the 21st Century ?? They can, and should, do better.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
