To say the very least, I had a horrible experience with Dr. Rodriguez! This guy is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and condescending. He was unbearable! From the minute he walked in the room he seemed to be apathetic of my existence. He started off by asking me a question about my symptoms and I answered his question- to my surprise, he started to mock me and started saying that it was the wrong answer. I was completely taken aback. It just got worse and became more and more unpleasant- he was so rude! I tried to have a conversation with him, but when I did, he started ranting about his political views and talking about how wealthy he was. He said that most of his regular patients are losers and they were useless to society. When talking about his Hispanic heritage he started talking about how Mexicans should be deported to Mexico. This guy is so unprofessional and is clearly an uncompassionate human being. He had no class and was extremely arrogant. I should have walked out half way through!

To makes things even worse, he acted like he was doing me a favor checking me up. When I asked him any questions- he would reply rudely and give me no answers. After doing multiple expensive tests (for my itchy throat), he said he didn’t know what was going on and that he was going to prescribe me a million expensive medicines hoping that one of them might be the answer. This made zero sense- how would he know what the cause was if he was giving me medicine to treat a million different possible causes? It was pretty clear to me he didn’t care or was completely incompetent. He was completely useless! It was a complete waste of my time. This guy shouldn’t be able to practice medicine- he is not fit to be a doctor let alone interact with a human being. I will never go to ENT Associates again because of this guy. What a nightmare!

Completely unacceptable! As patients, we deserve better. We don’t need to be treated with indecency and disrespect. Especially, when we’ve done nothing to deserve such treatment. Medical professionals should care about the well-being of their patients, not antagonize them. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!
