Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. he broke my nose and left me with infection
