They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I loved how comfortable their waiting room chairs were. I almost didn't want to leave the waiting room. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They really make an effort to get to know their patients. They always address me by name and I'm able to pick up right where I left off at every appointment. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. They treat their patients like family, and always go out of their way to make me feel welcome and important. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
