A polite rehabilitation specialist. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they are concerned about helping people save money, in fact, I felt a little embarassed to be using health plus (state funded insurance) and never saw Dr. Rovwe after my initial visit, it's always a nurse practitioner. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They never introduce themselves to me although I rarely see the same person during my 2-3x per year visits.
I noticed their credentials and diplomas on the wall right away. It made me feel even more comfortable that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

So many better pain relief doctors out there!
Dr. probably medically competant, but really bad bedside manner. Did not see any evidence of compassion. Unprofessional office. Easy to get an appt., little wait time but parking is a problem.
