They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. This doctor was pompous and arrogant. My family doctor could have given me a prescription that he gave me.

Ragnarsson didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. He left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all.

This Nordic doctor from Iceland thinks he is Gods gift to medicine. He told me he was Christpher Reeves doctor which I didnt believe at all. I read that the late Mr Reeves had other doctors in California and at the Mayo Clinic. Frankly I wasnt impressed and I thought he was a bold faced liar. His face got crimson when I asked why he couldnt make Superman walk again.

Dr Ragsnarson also told me he was a "top doc" from new York magazine which was truly outrageous considering he never examined me during the 15 minutes I spent with him. He simply made chit chat and proceeded to wrote a prescription for physical therapy which my family doc could have done. Frankly dont waste your time with pompous foreign docs with accents which seem impressive but they are truly lacking in many other ways.

This doctor is as haughty as they come. He prances around like he can make Superman walk which he could not. He knows next to nothing about rehab. I waited 3 months for an appointment and the only thing he could recommend was a few weeks of physical therapy which my primary care physician could take care of. Save yourself the trouble of seeing this quack.
