The nurse that examine my husband today was very unfriendly, and very rude!! Been to those Dr for years never before had a problem, please give the lady a long vacation to chill out!!! Thank you

I have been seeing Dr. Niles since 1998, he is great but the wait time is extensive. This is not uncommon for any of my eye doctors though and I see a few.

Not the friendliest staff and Dr, Niles himself is not very personable and as far as your appointment expect to be there forhours.

My highest recommendation for Dr Niles.
He explained all my options in a way other doctors did not and advised me on the best surgical option for me.

I was very impressed with how conveniently located was this office.

When I told the staff about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand my problem.

One is run thru an assembly line type of program where you move from station to station for testing. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect clients very much. Most weren't really disrespectful but I felt some didn't have a very good attitude.

When you finally see the doctor, his refracting machine has been preset by a staff person to your results obtained at the test stations. You look into the refracting machine, the doctor asks is this better or worse 3 or 4 times, looks into your eyes, signs your Rx, says about 10 words about when to come back and is off to the next client. You see the doctor for about 5 minutes.

Whenever I ask a question on the phone they always make me schedule an appointment to see a doctor.
