They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.
