They ignored my questions The doc doesn't listen to what I have to say. the staff was strictly business minded. The purpose was only making money. The doc gives you general anesthesia, even when you not opt for it.It's also not covered by uft.First time he did the surgery(what went wrong i don't know) and later I end up extracting my teeth.(everything under geneneral anesthesia).Second time another surgery with general anesthesia. The doc was supposed to take the abscess or infection under my root canaled tooth.he didn't do the incision and didnt drain the infection,rather he went for easy way out.Took out the crown (which he broke) and did the surgery.The infection was under, which he never put an incision and did the drainage.Hence my pain never went away and I end up extracting my tooth (second one) by another dentist.Two other dentist told me there is no sign of incision and drainage.When my statement came from the insurance.He listed the services done,out of which 90% was a lie.I wrote the insurance about service, which I didnt receive. After couple of weeks this dentist sent me a bill(i think insurance denied his claim).Remember I paid for the general anesthesia. I hope uft takes him out of its list.This dentist has the monoply because majority of dentists do not take uft insurance around this area.PLEASE DO SOMETHING
. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
