No, there weren't many to choose from

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Dr. Bortstrom is a prize of the medical profession. He is kind, informative and willing to spend time with patients and families when necessary, and to assist in helping to resolve problems outside of his specific area of responsibility to ease a patient's frustrations.
