Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Yes, and my child loves them!

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.
