I saw dr mostert for about 2.5 years. Somehow she could understand me better than I understand myself, better than any family member could. She’s one of the most brilliant people I’ve ever known. You can trust her in terms of both competence and intention. I give her my highest recommendation.

No, I left with more problems than I came with!
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Did this psychiatrist have reasonable prices?
No, it was expensive.
Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly?
They did what I asked, but not a bit more

Does not return important phone calls. Sounds very unprofessional, but it is: this physician often laughed at me, out loud, when I spoke about something that made her uncomfortable. She was also flirtatious at other times. However, overall, I would consider it a pleasant experience. The absolute worst thing she did was to traumatize me - literally traumatize severely - by terminating me at a time I needed her - and her facility - most.

I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. Whenever I call them, my phone calls are almost never returned. If they are, it's usually a month after. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I wouldn't say that I was satisfied with the way my appointment went, but I wasn't unhappy either. It could have gone better, but it also could have been worse. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion.

One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I don't think I had their full attention during my appointment. They listened to me sometimes, but they seemed to get distracted easily. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
