I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
