Office directed me to bring the CD of my shoulder MRI to them a week prior to my appointment so Dr. Watnik could review it. I did. At the appointment the doctor asked me if I had an MRI. I told him him that he’s had it for a week. Obviously he never reviewed it. He used a sonogram on my shoulder which lasted for a few minutes. I got charged for that and I’m responsible for a co-pay for a sonogram that I should not have needed. Expecting a comprehensive detailed analysis of my condition and my options, I got unsatisfactory feedback, with nothing I didn’t already know. I also asked about my calf, but he refused, saying that would need to be another appointment. I just received the records of my visit. They state that he reviewed my MRI. He and his office are either clearly lying or he reviewed it AFTER my appointment. Either way, Watnik and his office get a FAIL from me.

I have been to this doctor before and I have been satisfied with the service and treatment. A year later when I returned with a family member, I believe they were new meme bees at the front desk. An older receptionist lady completely disregarded the sign in sheet, and did not look at it until we walked up again to make sure we signed in. 15 mins after we signed in, she finally gave us forms. Another patient went up to ask a question and he abruptly stopped because this lady would not look up at him to even to look at him. The doctor is amazing and one of the best that I refer everyone I know to go see, but this short blonde haired lady has been nothing but rude to the patients. The rest of the staff including a lady named Nancy was so sincere during and after my surgery when ever I called or came to the office. There was also a new young lady who was working and she must have made a mistake because this blonder older lady started asking her 'have you lost your mind' in front of a packed waiting room. Amazing service and amazing doctor and what used to be a perfect office with one exception of this short haired blonde lady receptionist.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
