Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

As a state-of-the-art facility, they offer some of the most advanced and sophisticated equipment I have ever seen. You are most certainly in good hands here. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
