They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. I was asked no questions about my condition, and whether I had had any similar problems before. I was never sent for any tests. I was left not knowing anything about what to do, and waited 9 months because I was uncertain. When I finally contacted another Dr. it turns out that I have muscle wasting in my right hand, a problem I had no idea might occur if I didn't get treatment right away. The Dr. didn't even suggest I wear splints at night, a basic treatment for carpal tunnel. I will never return. They didn't help me at all, and the Dr.'s nonchalant and dismissive attitude left me feeling lost. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. I feel that I have been injured by this Dr.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are very professional. All my questions were answered, and my surgery healed quickly.

They were easy to reach. When I called they returned my call quickly. Dr. Monsanto explained everything and answered all of my questions. I will definitely refer my friends and family here.
