They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless, and very misleading. before going there i called and asked how much it would cost to put a cast on my wrist. they said $450 not including the x-rays, i agreed to that and after paying in FULL my 2nd appointment they told there was a $300 balance and i asked why and they told me that the 450 i paid was just an "estimate" because they didn't know what was wrong and what the doctor "had" to do even though i made sure to ask that if the case was just a cast? (which was the case) and she replied 450... now 6 weeks later its time to get the cast off i called for an appointment and the billing department tells me my balance is now almost $700... how can they just do that? doesn't anyone regulate these crooks... if anyone knows where i can report them please let me know
