Dr Houck is rude and inconsiderate!! My triplets were born at home and didn't make it due to Dr Houck!! Hope you think of those innocent babies that you refused to help their mommy ! You ruined our lives forever!!!

Dr. Houck is compassionate, knowledgable, and willing to spend time LISTENING to the patient. Her office and staff are friendly and welcoming. I have finally found a doctor who is dependable.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, they needed to make more of an effort to stock them

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
